The Portrait Session Process
The Pre-Consultation
One of the most important parts of photo session is Planning it! We will meet in person for a Pre-Consultation to discuss exactly what your vision is. We will plan colors, themes, style, props, where to hang your photos, products, what to wear and location. This is our meeting to get to know each other and to make sure we are on the same page. We will both fully design your session with both our ideas in mind.

The Photo Session
We know how stressful it can be to get a session done. Let us tell you something, Do Not Stress! Your photos will come out Amazing! If little Johnny wants to run away from the camera, that's FINE! We will get some action shots of his real smile! If you are concerned that your 2 week baby will scream and cry throughout her session, She won't, we promise! You are hiring a professional. We know what we are doing!
When it is time for your session, we will go over our plan and get a little comfortable before shooting. We can get the kids some snacks or play a quick game of peek a boo or tag. Once we are comfortable we can shoot!
Our sessions take place in either your home or at a specific location. Jessica provides all props that were discussed at the pre-consultation so you dont have to worry about a thing! The Reveal Night
After our wonderful experience together, we will professionally edit the best photos from the photo session. About 1-2 weeks later we will have a Reveal Night. We will meet in your home and will show you all of your photos! This is the night you will purchase all your favorite photos and turn them into works of art! We will discuss sizes of prints, whats best for your home as far as color schemes and what products best fit your needs. All orders will be finalized on this day. Make sure all financial decision makers are at this meeting. Once we get your order placed, I will hand deliver them you personally within 2-4 weeks.
